Arian has worked across financial analysis, cost optimisation and operational efficiency, identifying inefficiencies that can remain hidden within day-to-day management but quietly compound over time.
He has experience delivering cost optimisation across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in reviewing complex commercial structures and identifying opportunities that are often overlooked.
Arian also has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, with a focus on ensuring expected synergies are fully identified, tracked and achieved following integration. From his experience, this is an area that is often overlooked, despite the significant savings that can be realised through integration, restructuring and supplier consolidation.
Clients work directly with Arian from the first conversation through to the presentation of findings, providing a consistent, commercially focused approach throughout the entire review.
