Arian is a CIMA-qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant with extensive experience across financial analysis, cost optimisation, operational efficiency and mergers and acquisitions.

He has delivered commercial improvement across private equity, real estate, property management, private healthcare and non-profit organisations, with particular expertise in complex commercial structures and post-acquisition synergies.

As founder of AAY, Arian leads the firm’s strategic advisory and performance-based cost-review work. Clients work directly with him from the first conversation through to the presentation of quantified findings.

Nicola is an AAT-qualified Commercial Finance Consultant with more than seven years of experience across finance management, reporting and commercial operations. Her cross-sector background gives her a strong understanding of how finance functions operate within fast-moving, multi-site and service-led organisations.

She brings practical experience across management reporting, cash-flow forecasting, accounts payable and receivable, credit control, supplier payments, bookkeeping and finance-process improvement—helping organisations strengthen financial visibility, improve day-to-day control and make better-informed commercial decisions.

Combining practical financial experience with a strong understanding of business operations and digital systems, Nicola brings a structured, commercially focused and detail-driven approach to every engagement.
