Any work carried out by AAY is subject to a separate written proposal, scope or signed engagement agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement takes priority in relation to that engagement.
References to performance-based fees, identified savings or “no savings found, no fee” are summaries only. The exact scope, calculation method, exclusions, fee trigger, VAT treatment and payment terms will be set out in the applicable written agreement.
